        The program was enormously successful and rolled out around Australia over a period of 3 years.

The results achieved included measurable increases in Customer Satisfaction using our internal metric of the Mazda Satisfaction Index (MSI). During the early phase roll we had some dealers participating and others not participating. The non-participating dealers effectively acted as a control group and we could see clearly that the participating dealers were achieving increases in customer satisfaction that the non participating dealers were not. This showed us the program was clearly working and led to the expansion of the program and the subsequent multi-year roll out. In addition to our internal data, we were also able to get independent 3rd party data showing we dramatically improved around Customer Satisfaction.

The program was a huge success and I enjoyed working with Jeremy; very happy to recommend for organisations who want to work with leaders to get results.
